North American Rescue C-A-T Combat Application Tourniquet (GEN 7) - Blue TRAINER

What is different between this device and an actual CAT that makes it a training device only?

I have a Gen 4 Cat tourniquet. Is it ok to train with this trainer?

I know it is says the blue is for training but can I use this as a field TQ and not for training ???

The list description states gen 7, but the picture shows and older version. is this an actual gen 7 cat? thanks.
