This is by far the worst oreworkout. The formulation is just garbage. No citrulline either as L citrulline or as malate. Beta Alanine at a measly 250mg. Caffeine at 100 mg. I mean if you are a 70 year old with a heart codition, sure this is an awesome pre-workout. Otherwise the rest of my packs are going in the trash. Save your money. Pleanry of other amazing options for this price

I am a 73-year old powerlifter and THIS is exactly what I need before I workout. I used to be lacking in energy to do all the lifts in my program. Now with Defiance Fuel Preworkout, I have more energy which gives me more confidence for doing three lifts in one session. Great product!

My go to preworkout

I am currently using a stack by Insane Labs. The stack is I am God and Psychotic. Before that I used Muscletech Neurocore and before that it was BPI one more rep. At the end of this I can say for value and effectiveness I would choose Defiance Fuel over the other. Defiance Fuel is also cleaner than these other brands I have tested.It is took bad I cannot find Defiance Fuel anymore. I will however leave a review of this product I grew to love. Note, the white powder in Defiance Fuel container in photo is BCAA powder mix and not original contents.
