Great product, has help me loss weight instead of drugs

I got this because I had recently learned guava leaf extract can help with blood sugar. I'm not diabetic, but both of my parents are and I'm at risk. I couldn't tell you if this has had a tremendous help because, firstly, I haven't had my blood sugar levels checked since taking it, and second, I believe I'd probably need to take it longer before really seeing the effect. I see that others have comments about it supposedly helping with digestion. I haven't noticed any change and I have had digestion issues. I've read online that it's supposed to help with other issues as well, and I personallly can't say I believe all of it, but who knows. I'll keep taking this as it hasn't had any negative effect on me. These capsules are easy to swallow.

Capsules are easy to swallow and don’t upset my stomach. I appreciate that it’s a clean, single-ingredient supplement without any fillers. I mainly got it as a gentle, natural way to support blood sugar balance and digestion since I’m borderline pre-diabetic and prefer preventative care. ’ve read a lot about guava leaves being good for inflammation, gut health, and even skin, so I’m curious to see if any of that shows up. So far, so good — a solid product.
