hy im taking protein powder from past 5. years and i love to try different brands but when i tries this brand i feel lots of pain in my kidneys within 2 days of taking it.so i recommend you all that if you want to be healthy then please dont ever try this protein again….worst mistake ever i did…my health os not well even after taking 1 scoop of protein each day …if you all concerned about your health then don’t ever try to take this…

Mixablilty is good. Tastes good. Shilajit granules are visible and helpful. Effectiveness is good as well. Can’t say great but it’s good. Need to have another serving I guess to clearly make out the gains.
