I really like this compact little cooling rack. The adjustable height is great! It is hard to collapse, but only the way a puzzle requires a different part of the brain to work.If you have small cooking space and bake for more than just you- this is a great and affordable cooling rack!

It is a little uncomfortable, not to steady.I prefer using the single ones.

It was a little tricky to put it together to make it stand firm.It held quite a few of my cookies to cool off after baking.I liked this three tiered cookie rack as it held up well.

This rack would be very useful if it wasn't for how hard it is to get it to stand on its own. I had to use a wrench just to get the notches to stick in the right spot, meanwhile, the rubber feet fall off making them useless. It was still not a quality product once this was standing as the platforms all have a slight bend toward the edges, which would leave you with a rounded cookie if that's what you chose to cool on it. I am unsure it will even get used. The idea is there, the quality and usability is not.

I got this for baking and deep frying, and for that it works well. It is difficult to get it open and set up sturdily, and cleaning in between all of the cracks is kind of difficult as well. I do like that this does not take up much space in my cabinet but can be expanded for a three tiered cooling rack which saves space on the counter as well.

When I first took this out of the box, I couldn't get the two little arms to lock on to hold it open. It turned out the nuts were tightened a bit too much and not allowing enough space between the bracing and the shelf to hook on the support arms. Fortunately, they are very easy to loosen and tighten, you just have to know that it's what you need to do. Another set was too loose, guessing somebody got confused on the assembly line. Anyways, that was easy to remedy, so a nonissue.This does have rubber feet on the bottom to protect the countertop, but, one of mine had come off in the box. I just took them off as they were unnecessary for my use. If I used this daily, I probably would have left them on or maybe used a dab of glue to cut down on how often they slide off. I make baked goods just every couple of weeks anyways.Overall, it's perfect for my use. I use precut parchment paper and the shelves are just the right size for the kind I buy. It's really easy for me to just drag the parchment paper of cookies onto the shelf and get the next batch started.

It works well to cool cookies without them sticking, and it's great to have three rack levels. My only complaint is that it just doesn't feel very sturdy. I wouldn't put anything much heavier than cookies on it, that's for sure.All in all, it works pretty well for what we use it for, but it would be limited for use beyond that (cooling a pie or something, for instance).

I love these to cool my sourdough bread as it takes a while it saves me lots of counter space
