It Works--and Great Value
I tested this with my iPhone 11. It fit the case nicely, and I folded the top over twice in order to close the Velcro® latch (complete closure is very important). I left it unattended overnight. In the morning, no calls, no messages, no notifications from my Ring doorbell, etc. My iPhone was apparently untouched by any invisible waves of the electromagnetic type. The case is well made and very inexpensive. I recommend.
