It comes in a roll, and it's very easy to cut to the size you want. It washes off very easily. I've used mine over and over, and it shows no signs of wear other than some grease and food stains that I could get out if I tried. I wish I would've purchased this sooner to save the look of my pans and baking sheets.

I purchased it to cut up and use in my Stayfresh freeze dryer. It fit perfect if you cut two at a time length wise and then divide each peach in half. Its amazing inside the freeze dryer. Nothing stick to it

I cut this to put in the bottom of my popcorn machine for easier cleanup. Just pull it out to clean instead of having to disconnect the warming plate to clean

My main purpose for this is lining the sheets of my freeze dryer. It's the perfect width for two sheets.Unlike pre-formed liners, this material is very thin, which allows heat to transfer through it quickly.There's plenty on the roll, so I'll have enough left to use for my oven sheets as well.The smooth silicone is also very nonslip, so it will be an excellent pastry mat. If there's enough left, it will be a great crafting mat, too.The products itself is a sheet of white fabric (assumably fiberglass) inside clear silicone. It cuts easily with scissors, although a straight line can be a challenge because the white is very bright.One thing to know if you aren't familiar with shiny silicone is that it creates a lot of static, and every speck of dust, pet hair, fluff, and spices will be attracted to it. It washes off instantly, but it is just something to watch out for.

Our cooking sheets aren’t a standard size so this is great.
