I will be reordering! :)I bought two of these, one for each of my sons (both teenagers), to clean their retainers. They thought they were frivolous at first, unsure of their benefit, but once used, they both said they can’t go back to brushing their retainers!Unfortunately, after 5-6 weeks of use, one of them stopped working. The lights go through a ‘check’ when first plugged in, but then the buttons won’t turn the machine on - and we’re on vacation out of the country! :(The return window has passed - so I would like to know if there is a way to get a replacement for the one that stopped working from the manufacturer. Thanks!

Initially when I bought this item I was very happy with it. I used it daily to help keep my retainers clean and bright. After 4 months I noticed the vibration was not as strong, by month 6 it stopped working completely. I bought this December 27th of 2023 and it completely stopped working by late May early June 2024. I wouldn’t recommend if using on a daily basis because it will die very quickly.

An amazing product with even more amazing customer service!It works amazingly well for my invisalign retainers, it comes back sparkling new every time!It’s extremely reliable, but on the off chance it malfunctions, they mail you a replacement for absolutely free in no time! (the box has a card which tells you which email to contact)I’m extremely satisfied and will gladly give this caring company more business in the long run.(really easy to clean, good size to fit what i need, barely any noise, very intuitive and easy and it looks cool!)

I used to clean my teeth and it's perfect it's amazing They come out so clean tried my jewelry once not too bad I did have to scrub them off afterwards but there it's perfect for teeth it would recommend to anyone that has dentures whisper quiet

Have noticed a difference on dentures. Very easy to operate.

This unit would randomly turn on as IO wiped clean after use. I was careful to not touch the on/off button. Now its gone completely dead. I was worried about it coming on during the night and starting a fire. Don't buy this product.

I like it works good
