This was a very good purchase and we got it way before Christmas we have used it twice we used for frying fish and we did a seafood boil for Christmas everything came with it and it has a timer on there and it shut off when the time stop and its very safe to we use this outside on the back its for outside use so be sure to follow instructions it came with instructions and tells you what to do and how to with safety instructions to as well and i have a warranty on my purchase to as well so we are happy and i will purchase another to as well so i can really throw down and its easy to clean up also makesure you use the proper things with this turkey and fish fryer handle with care follow instructions please for safety and safety of other it tells you this before using so we followed all instructions and was safe and our food was well cooked properly thanks

The product overall was great. The only issue I had was with the timer shutting off every 15 minutes, had to use duck tape to get it to stay on. Wish it would run longer.

We love to cook and we love to fry, but I don't love the clean-up. This will keep the grease, smells, and mess outside!We can also now cook on this fryer while using the smoker and gas griddle at the same time, all outside! We plan to use this for pastas, clams, and soups for large parties, and of course... for making french fries!

Though I haven't tried frying with it yet, the Hike Crew Outdoor Turkey Fryer Kit has been excellent for a couple of seafood boils. It's sturdy, making it reliable for outdoor cooking, and its ease of use is a big plus.
