Luxe by Martin MK12 Kovar Light Gauge Acoustic Guitar Strings

I have always used Martin strings con all my guitars but this the first time I have used the Luxe type and I am very pleased at this point with their sound. If they have a decent life span I will most definitely use them again and I do recommend you give them a try.

良い音です。記載通りTitanium coreより若干テンションが強く(他の弦より柔らかいが)はっきりした柔らかい音です。それに少し鈴鳴りもある。アタックやストロークの混じるテンポの良い曲が好きな人や、Titaniumは柔らかすぎると感じる人はこちらの方が良いかも。耐腐蝕性や持ちはTitaniumで４ｹ月使ったので、材質は違うけど信頼できます。

I want to like these more than I do. They ALMOST sound great. They lack depth and punch. You’ll want more from them, but they stubbornly refuse. They have a very low ceiling that will leave you wanting.

I bought these to try on my new martin, it has a sepele top instead of the traditional spruce and has a very different sound, it doesn't have that distinct martin high end. These strings work great on it, seem to have a more even distinction between lows and highs. They feel great as to playability, only time will tell if they last as long as the SP lifespans

I always used pb strings on my Martin 000-18 md. I’ve heard a lot of good feedback about these Kovar strings. So, I decided to give these a try. I like the dry sweetness it adds to my Martin’s tone, however, these lack the clarity and punchiness of phosphor bronze strings. I think I’ll be going back to pb strings
