Generally a good product with just a couple of minor issues.
They do flop around a bit, but you can turn them so the weight is more evenly distributed. Other than that they are great!

helpful weights for smaller hands
I am a female adult with smaller hands. I was looking for hand weights that wouldn't be too bulky and slide around. These fit what I needed and are well made. They are weighted with sand and have very strong velcro. I am even able to use them on my ankles as ankle weights. The only negative is that the thumb holes are on the small side, even for me. I would buy these again.

Great addition added to my walk
I found that these wrist weights are very beneficial during my daily walk. They fit very well and do not come loose as others I have tried. i’ve noticed that I have tighten up my arms when using these weights daily. I highly recommend them, especially for seniors.

updated: turns out I did not understand the demo pictures given. I kept putting them on the wrong hands. So If you have problems, just try switching hands.I have used them twice now. I like them. Thumb bit is thick, but doesn't chafe.bonus! They added the weight to the description now To be clear. EACH weighs about 450 gams or around a pound.old review:No matter how hard i tried, I could not get them tight enough to stay snug on my wrists. They just flopped around. This may be a "me" problem as i have rheumatoid arthritis. This caused the wrist part to sag and all the weight was on my thumb. It hurts just wearing for less than 5 minutes sitting here at my desk.Also.. please up date your ad for how much these weigh. I was surprised at the amount. Sorry but returning.

Good quality merchandise, but thumb hole should be a little larger to accommodate those with larger thumbs. These are definitely not one size fit all.
