The USB does not work. As with other Chinese made products I purchased from Amazon such as Iphone charging components, they are either not compatible w Iphone, or as with this USB, just don't function. I purchased one from another US company and it works well. Return fees and aggravation not worth the effort. Will not purchase any further components of this type from Amazon again. Other products i purchased were of fine or adequate quality for the price.
