Update: replacement proceeded by Amazon promptly & arrived in tact. I can’t wait to fill it with butter for our freshly baked sourdough bread!Sadly the cute little churn, although packed well, arrived with a crack. I will return it and hopeful the replacement arrives unharmed.

Not sure what other were talking about - it for sure easily fits a stick of butter and if put in properly it does not slide out. Happy I bought it!

Love the look but the lid doesn't sit level. Decided I was too lazy to return but still works as it should

Absolutely amazing. We were incredibly frustrated at our kiddos putting the stick of butter in the microwave to soften it up, leaving it half melted and looking like a failed science experiment.This thing literally change our butter spreading lives! The butter is soft and ready to go ALL the time, no need to refrigerate. Change the water regularly and it's ready to go!Not a paid review - we purchased this and I wish we used more butter because I'd buy another one!
