Redken Brews Extreme Gel For Men, High Hold, High Shine, Hair Gel 5.1 fl. oz

My wife likes my hair better when I grow it out as I generally keep it short. My hair is really frizzy and seems to be getting worse as i get older with more gray. This is the best gel I’ve ever used and is well worth the extra money. My only negative comment is that it is expensive, so I use it sparingly. It dries and holds better than any other gel I’ve ever used, which I would say I’ve tried a couple dozen and always go back to this. It’s almost like hairspray in gel form and really doesn’t take very much. It is also better to apply when hair is mild to more wet than completely dry.

Best "Styling Gel" for men on the market. American Crew is very good, but still falls short in comparison. You only need a little and it holds your hair in place all day without any fussing with it--20 to 30 seconds and you are set until you wash it out--comes out easy in the shower.

I've used both the newer style and the older style / branded hair gel... for over 12 years. I use the gel when I have damp hair (dried a bit with a towel)... and it seems to work the best... no flakes. With almost any gel, you will have some flakes once taking it out of your hair.Stand tough (to me) smells the best of any gel ever. The smell isn't as strong in the newer brand of Redken Brews (as it was in the older formula). It's still my favorite smelling gel.I highly recommend Red Ken Stand Tough. Look at Red Ken Grip Tight if you do not want as stiff of a hold. It works very well.

Seems to be a little different that the style this replaced -- the regular Redken Men's had better hold. This is still good, but it is supposed to be identical to the version it replaced, and in my opinion, it is not the same.

I've used it year ago especially because it's the one with the highest shining effect I ever seen. Also, it's strong then your hair will be kept as you did at first time in the day. For 'rebel' hair it's a most!My hair is grey and the side effect is a silver's shine, I liked it!Great product!

Best hair gel for men in my opinion! A little on the pricey side but a dab is enough to keep your hair on hold and the smell it leaves is fresh and a manly type of gent smell. One gel bottle can last 1-3 months depending on how often you use it.

I love this product I put it on it gives you the wetlook and your hair don’t move you could go in a wind tunnel and your hair will not move

Went up $4 in 4 months time. No logical reasoning behind the increase. Wait till it goes back down to where it was.I have been using this for years, rebranded but still works the same. Doesnt leave a lot of grease to come down or run down throughout the day. Some gels seems to run or are super oily it seems. Not this stuff.
