I honestly don't know if these are really working or not, but I do feel better when I take them. I take 2 in the mornings, and I feel more alert throughout the day. My joint pain also feels better. This type of collagen, in my opinion, is much healthier, as it is vegetarian and also plant based. I tried the liquid collagen and I could not tolerate it. It was so disgusting.

The supplement does what it says for joint mobility, it is effective. However, when it arrived it had a broken capsule in it. At first I thought it was the silica packet but found the culprit at the bottom of the container. I’m still willing to give the company another try so I have ordered another bottle.

I have taken these over a year now and absolutely love them.

I got this because I was looking for a collagen supplement to take later in the day after my morning collagen powder I mix in my coffee. I use a bovine collagen ( type 1 and 3) as my base to get me 10 grams of the 12 to 15 grams of my daily collagen I take. And I like to use capsule form collagen that is specific and my two favorites are Marine and Eggshell. They are both kinda hard to come by IMO. I think Marine does the best for Facial Skin and I think Eggshell does the best for Hair and Nails. But as you can see this only has 300 mgs of collagen in it. Now granted it is Eggshell and I do like that but that is far enough for the 2 grams (2000 mgs) to 5 grams ( 5000 mgs) I was wanting to get me to my 12 to 15 grams a day goal. But Wow, look at the vitamin C ! It's here as stand up alone Ascorbic Acid at 90 mgs for 100% of your Daily Recommended Value and its also here in Natural form with the Pomegranate, Acerola, Mangosteen and Camu Camu. I absolutely love Vitamin C from natural sources as I personally think your body prefers it that way. I have another brand of vitamin c that I am almost out of that is much like this so this will work perfect. And this one as mentioned has 300 mgs of eggshell collagen in it. Also another one of my favs is Quercetin which is in this and I use it as a senolytic to hopefully remove old, damaged, sick cells and replacing them with new healthy ones. There is also some hair food in this with the Biotin and some vitamin E for skin support as well. So yes I really like this as vitamin C source with so many ingredients that are so good to the skin and hair and nails IMO.Now I never give a supplement 5 stars unless it is third party lab tested and tested in the USA/UK or Canada or a country with regulated oversight with supplement ingredient testing. However with collagen and simple ingredient vitamins like C it's not tested often. And this is a small business which I love to support ! Now do not make the mistake in thinking this enough collagen to offset your collagen loss if you are 20 or older. It's not even close. But it is a nice if not one of the best types to add you 12 to 15 gram collagen regimen. And so keep in mind that collagen can not be made without the enzymes in vitamin C that fold collagen into a usable form. I absolutely love this a source of good vitamin C for that. So far I like the collagen Capsules.I especially like that they are Vegetarian.They came on time and are a good price and easy to swallow.So far I have been taking 1 a day but will go ahead today and take 2.I don't know if it is because of these pills,but in the last week I have felt more energetic and in a better mood.I will update again in about a week.

Went to take my supplements and the silica gel was all over inside the container. Had to throw out the entire container - complete waste of money! Very disappointed as there are no options to return or replace.

Love this is vegan. It is hard for me to find good college. Please with it so far
