I clean houses for a living and this is the handset set of tools. I just wish the handles were retractable

Duster head broke off after one day
Microfiber duster piece fell right off. Very cheap! The extender is super long which I like but not satisfied as it’s not durable.

wrong information
The description list the duster as 15 feet high, which is not true. You only get around 15 feet if you include the height of the person holding the duster. This is misleading and deceptive. I need another five or six feet.

strong pole
Sturdy aluminum pole. Each pole section screws on to each other. The cob web brush has medium bristles & is a nice large head. All the attachments came out of the box very well packed. i already used the fan duster. Nice & plushy....like thick microfiber & it bends. My only suggestion to the manufacturer would be to make the pole sections interlocking for easier length adjustment....otherwise you have to unscrew each section.
