This is a plug-in utility light for outdoor or indoor use, on an adjustable mounting bracket. It's nice and bright, heavy duty, and easy to use. I use mine to illuminate a carport for working on cars at night. It works great!

I would not normally do a review of a product so soon after receiving it, but this light is so simple there is no reason not to.If you read the description what it tells you you will get is exactly what comes. It is a heavy well built yellow light (the piece surrounding the actual light, which is itself 18 white LED's) with a plug and an on-off switch. Plug it in and turn it on. That's it. No degrees of brightness and no different color temperatures. The light is circular with a diameter, counting the shell around the light, of about 5.5 inches. The light it produces is not pretty but it is bright and effective. And that is exactly why I got this light. I have the fancy lights that change colors and patterns and whatever. And they are great. For what they do. With this light I wanted something bright, that can illuminate an area where I need to do something or maybe look for one thing or another that I dropped. I got with this light exactly what I wanted.The light can be permanently affixed (you would need get your own screws to do so as none come with it). I don't intend to do that as I have a variety of places where this light will come in handy, but of course that choice is up to you. The electrical wire is a good length though I do wish it were longer; if the light were solar that potential issue would be obviated but the product is as described so I cannot criticize it for that. The light can be rotated left and right or up and down depending how you orient it. Whether or not the bulbs will last their reputed 50,000 hours is a question to be revisited some time (much) later in the future.As I noted, this product delivers what it promised and what I wanted. If you need a sturdy work light you should certainly consider this one.

This is a GREAT plug in light. It mounts easily as a permanent fixture or you can quickly hang it. I have this mounted over my outdoor welding table and move it around as needed. It's super bright and lights up my immediate work area very well when I weld at night and can't see as well with the hood down. It could be easily mounted on a stand as well. I'll probably fab a clamping base of some kind to go with it. Great light.

Nice build quality, and super bright! Allows for a bit of adjustability, and doesn't get super hot like old school halogens. Install was super easy as well.

The light is a flood light with a very large but uneven hotspot. I wouldn't call it the best type of dock light and I've done a lot of loading and unloading in the past (before led was a a possible alternative)I'm using for a yard light currently off shed but it's only temporary.I would like a higher waterproof rating for industrial type expensive led. - ip67 at least would be nice.explosion proof would be nice.Would I get another - no I'd look for something else but it's fairly decent.

Heavy duty light for the rough jobsites plus is very bright and heavily constructed

We had one flood bulb style dock light set up at our large bay door and this one became the 2nd on the opposite side of the doorway. We cut the plug off, ran the cable through the wall and hardwired it into the bay door light switch.I have to say.... LED is the way to go. It is brighter and has a far better color temperature than the flood bulb. It is well made and has now been through several pouring rain events without issue. HIGHLY Recommended.
