This is 1 of the best candles I have bought...the smell is lovely..it fills the room without being too much..lovely light scent that last even whdn the candle has been extinguished...will be buying this product again...welsh product...made in Wales...da iawn wìr 👌

This would make a perfect gift and it's a nice looking and smelling candle for yourself too. One star only knocked off because the scent isn't very powerful though of course that may suit you. I'm not at all unhappy with this so that's the best recommendation I can give really.

This item has just exploded and threw glass and fire luckily it did not go on the carpet but if we were not in there would have been a house fire

Great candle which I tend to light when we have friends round. Lovely smell and has lasted well still lots of candle wax left to burn.

Nice looking candle, but unfortunately a very weak scent.

The holiday season is coming, I love candles, there was a choice of two different scents, so I chose the "Nordic Forest". I must admit I am used to smaller candles, this is a bit larger than I expected. Had a lovely scent on opening and burns nicely, the glass is heat resistant and has a nice frosted effect. Even the box had a forest feel to it with its printing on the sides.It is a great table candle for the holiday season. I cannot fault it. Makes a lovely gift for the winter.

I'd thought, given the branding, that this CNFN - Cynefin scented jar candle might be Welsh-made - and guess that it's intended to make you assume likewise. However, the shrink wrapped neutrally toned box it came in showed it's made in China. This fact is tucked away at the bottom of the online listing under 'Product Details'.That said, this white candle in its frosted glass jar looks pretty good and could be a reasonable option if you're looking to buy for yourself or gift a clean burn plant-based candle that's made from coconut oil. It claims a 40 hour burn time and, though I've not used all of it, this seems plausible as I recently bought some jar candles this 200g/7oz size which also have a 40 hour burn.Another reason I was drawn to this candle is down to the Nordic Forest fragrance. I buy wax melts in this fragrance which I especially like at Christmas time. This version of it, with fir, cypress and pine, is okay - but not too strong and a little lacking in depth. A Best Used Before date of 30/04/2025 is printed on the base of the box.Once lit, the box indicates this candle should be used within 24 months. It also states the burn time and the coconut wax composition. However, there's nothing on the box or candle itself to indicate it's vegan or cruelty-free which may matter if you're gifting to a vegan and the shrink wrap means it's not eco-friendly.

I got this candle for the holidays with my family this year. This candle absolutely smells wonderful. It has a light scent and isn't strong or overpowering. It has a nice spicy fragrance that just says Winter Holidays. I didn't know this when I ordered it, but the jar mentions that the name CNFN or Cynefin means "a place that feels like home" in Welsh. Being part Welsh, this will be perfect for Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners with my family. In addition, this candle burns nice, without being smoky and should last for a long time. I feel the price for a candle this well made makes this an excellent value. It would also make a great gift in a Christmas basket, host/hostess gift, etc. I highly recommend this candle.

Smells like a fresh tree.

This is a nice quality candle. It burns evenly and the scent stays present during every burn. The packaging is lovely making it a nice gift especially for a hostess during these holiday get togethers.

Candle came broken

The media could not be loaded.  I have to start by saying the candle smelled great when it did burn. However, the wick did not perform well at all, it kept breaking off faster than the wax could dissipate. I actually had to dump the wax out to let the candle burn. You can see in the video that the wick's base was not at the bottom of the candle.
