Easy to use.
I used these to make a Mitre joint on a handrail. The joint pulls up nice and tight and provided you have drilled accurately, nice and square. I used a bit of PU glue to lock the joint, but this was a personal choice. Good instructions are included. You will need a long 8mm Drill bit to drill into the end of the Handrail PRIOR to cutting the angle. You will also need a Ø25 Forstner Bit. A retailer famous for selling screws does a nice little pack of five for under a tenner. You may want to Plug the Ø25mm hole after making the joint, a Ø25mm Plug cutter is quite expensive and you will need a pillar drill to use the tool properly. A good alternative I found was some pre-cut plugs available on Amazon for under a fiver. Search 'Bosch 2609255322 Wood Tenons with Diameter 25mm/ Thickness 10mm'. I also used the 'ZIPBOLT QT13.800KIT Straight Slip Fix Kit' from Amazon to fix to the Newel post. Great Products all of them. Easy to use.

good, but tricky to get perfect finish.
Unlike the various youtube videos that tell you otherwise these require that the 2 handrail parts is very precisely drilled, ideally using a jig or pedestal drill. WIthout this it takes a fair bit of time to get a perfect line up of the parts when screwed up tight.
