Comes up in small sizes my granddaughter is 7 and I brought her. 28 small the tops is a bit big but shorts fit her fine , I knew I had to go for. Bigger size as sis buy her a real Chelsea too which was aged 10/12 that just fitted her so just went for a bit bigger
