Badass Lara Croft Doll, nice ice axe but where is her bow?
After a long journey in which my Lara Croft doll had the adventure to cross the Atlantic to arrive at its destination (Spain), finally, I received it yesterday and...WOW! I love it! I've been looking forward for a Lara Croft doll for a long time since I started to play Tomb Raider videogames, and since I learned that Mattel was going to make a Lara Croft doll, I was really excited and following-up every news about it. Now, I have it ^^ It has many details; the pockets, the soles of the boots, her muscular arms... The only thing that I miss so much is that Mattel didn't include in this doll version the bow and the quiver with arrows, which is actually one of symbols of the new Lara Croft, what a shame... it would had made her look more badass. At least they included the ice axe (and a map and the Richard Croft's diary), which is really cool, but I wish they would have included the bow and arrows... just like in others Mattel dolls versions (e.g. Katniss Everdeen). Anyway, I love the doll and she is very beautiful. It was worth to acquire it.

Nice doll, lots of articulation
I really like this doll. I can't say how well she represents the character of Lara Croft because I don't know anything about that. I bought her for the articulation and the fact that her hands are not totally open like most made-to-move dolls. She can hold things in her hands which is exactly why I purchased her. She does not have the range of motion that other made-to-moves have...she doesn't bend at the torso and there is no movement at the thigh. I still am very happy with her. She will work very well for my purposes. I can see how she would be a fun doll for play with kids.

The face look not so much barbie,more like the actress.I'm a little bit sad about the fact,a bow with arrows is not included.But nevertheless a great produkt.

My niece loved it!
My niece is really into treasure hunting (she’s 6) and has never seen a Barbie that comes with a map! She was so thrilled to know that there were barbies that had the same interests she does!
