Barbie FJH53 Tomb Raider Deluxe Doll - Lara Croft

The price is WAY too high. 48 quid plus postage and packing on top of that. doesn't come with a bow. pick axe is the wrong color. all of which would be acceptable if the figure had battle damage on it. This is to be expected from Mattel as they've done the Thomas toys and low detailing seems to be their thing. The reason for the four stars is because of the high articulation, the height of the figure and the resemblance to Alicia Vikander. My advice is don't waste your money like I did. Wait until a better, more higher quality figure comes out

Being a huge fan of the Tomb Raider franchise since 1996 I had to get this.Finally an official Lara Croft Barbie! She looks fantastic and is very articulate to pose.The resemblance to Alicia Vikander is great and close to the film.The only two things that lets this doll down is that she looks more like she’s going in to town for some shopping rather than raiding tombs as her look isn’t as disheveled as in the film, however if you are in to editing and repainting dolls it would be easy to replicate.And she should have came with a bow, luckily I have a spare bow from another Lara figure I can use :)

When i received this barbie doll i was very pleasantly surprised because it looks the spitting image of Alicia and it's very well made and i am so pleased that i own a barbie doll that looks like Alicia vikander. When i opened the box i was so happy, rewarded, satisfied and fulfilled and loved the fact that i own my first tomb raider doll that hasn't happened for years. I am so glad i bought it now and it was well worth the 38 pound i paid for it. I also paid 18 pound less than what it was originally, so it was a bargain. Thank you.

This is more of a collectors' Barbie than one to be played with by children. It's good quality and comes with a climbing axe and map. The box is high quality too. She has a bandage on her arm and leg but there are no injuries on her or blood so she's not as realistic in that respect. The climbing axe that people have mentioned in other reviews is the same colour as pictured. My only gripe is that she's a little expensive but if you can shop around for a cheaper one then it's well worth it.

If you're a fan of tomb raider like me you should definitely get this doll. Even though I like the classic Lara look, this doll is made with great attention to detail, it comes with a pick axe, a diary and a map (shame no signature bow from the game) and is a nice addition to your collection if you have Laras from different eras :) clothes are made really well and I also like the box in which the doll is posed in a ready for action stance, so you can display it without taking it out of the box.

I have been wanting this doll for a while, very happy with her, she is partially articulated but not made to move, her face is pretty good but I do think their is room for improvement - that’s just my opinion.I like how she is displayed in the box and she has some nice accessories too, overall I’m very happy with her :)

Very expensive, took ages to arrive ..box slightly dented. Sadly we did not realise there was two Lara crofts, this one not so interesting looking. Detail very good an outfit excellent. Very well jointed.

She is fully articulated and easy to pose. Recognisable as Lara croft. Not a toy for children but for adults I would say
