Q: What is the difference between the blue and the white Energy d cell batteries??

It clearly states in the 2nd "word" of the description that they are 10,000mAh, whereas the white ones clearly state either 3000 or 5000 mAh. So the the blues are double or triple the wattage of the white ones. You want 10,000 mAh for things that are heavy loads on batteries such as lights and motors. You can get by on the lesser batteries for electronic things like digital thermometers, game controllers, clocks, etc.

Q: Hello. Do they come pre-charged?

The batteries I received came pre-charged but not fully charged. They had about a 70% charge when they came and it is best to charge them before the first use.
