The media could not be loaded.  I charged the device overnight but it stopped and shut off after 4 minutes. I can’t power it on again due to battery is out. I charged again for 5 minutes and it lasts for 2 minutes then shut off and require to charge again. Does anyone have the same problem or I just got the bad device? I will try for few time. If it works like that, I will need to return it.

I have been looking to order this double chin reduction, I have used it and I have seen the tightening effect but no changes yet as it is very soon to see results but what I liked about this product that it was fast to charge, easy to use and it came finally with english instructions. I have a very sensitive skin but did not see any redness yet after use. Also, having this device at home is great because it saves time to go to facial salon . This machine improves double chon and perfect for skin and Neck and I used it 3 times already. Duration of use for me was for 5 min each time. I am going to try on my cheek too but Chin and neck are the only concern I have now.Packaging was very good and delivered on-time.

The blue light can help with sagging skin and help your pores and the green light also helps with fine lines and helps with the circulation in your skin. It has a warm vibration when using and is so calming and relaxing. The on and off button also changes the color modes by pressing and comes with a USB cord for charging. The charge has lasted so long that I have only charged it once in three weeks.

I was worried about the charger not working or attaching poorly after the other reviews but mine is perfectly fine. The unit does what it's intended but I only use the heat setting. No earth shattering results on wrinkles or sagging skin unfortunately but my 56 year old skin feels super soft after 2 heat cycles and it seems the item helps to get whatever skincare product I'm using deeper into the layers. Maybe there will be more dramatic results in a few months I hope as I've only used it for a few weeks.

It's hard to tell that this type of device is working until you give it a few months, but I've seen a few influencers with something similar for like 4x the price, and there's no way I'm spending that much on a device with some lights on it. I do like using this in the morning. It feels like I have more blood flowing through my face and that my skin is a bit livelier and tighter. Who knows, could be a fad, but so far I like it for what it is. The build quality is solid and very ergonomic. I haven't held the more expensive model so I can't really compare it to anything else.

My package just arrived and I was so excited to use this, however I opened it up and the hole where the charger goes looked mangled. I tried the charger it came with and it doesn’t fit at all. I tried every charger that’s basically ever been made and none even come close to fitting. I saw a few others leave the same review, but was hoping I wasn’t going to have the same issue.

I have been using this every day religiously for 3 weeks and unfortunately I have not seen any difference. The instructions really don’t tell you how much or many times you are supposed to run the wand over the area you are targeting so I have no idea if I am doing it correctly, but i’m taking a good 5 minutes just on my neck area which I would think is plenty. I wish I would have seen better results, I was really hopeful after doing the research but unfortunately it did not work for me.
