Just started taking these capsules. Lion's Mane mushrooms have numerous health benefits and I expect this brand to really work. You receive 60 capsules in a glass bottle.

Lions Mane is quite a good new supplement. Which I have been using for the past half year. And I do think it helps a bit with overall health as it has quite a lot of good benefits. For me most important as I work quite a stressful job which requires for me to think a lot. The Lion's mane could improve memory and boos brain cell growth. As well it has other great benefits such as helping with blood pressure, help with fatigue and increased energy levels. After using it for almost half a year, I could feel slightly increased energy levels, but it could be as well due to other supplements i take as well. But I think it does work and helps a bit with my memory.Overall it's a good supplement for me personally to use and I believe it helps.

I've compared this supplement to another by Mushrooms For Life, the regular Lion's Mane. The primary difference lies in Lion's Mane Focus using a full spectrum of mushroom parts, while the latter is solely made from the mushroom fruiting body.Composition:Clean ingredients without any additives make this product stand out positively.However, the quantity of the key compound falls slightly short compared to alternative products. Also, some similar products on the market contain addition of black pepper extract for improved absorbency.Value for Money:I have reached out to the seller for clarification on the production process and based on his answers I am reassured that this product even though more expensive than others, would provide unmatched quality. There is some evidence for the benefits of supplementing with Lion's mane but most of the evidence is currently anecdotal. These are quite easy to swallow and do seem in line with other ones that I have tried.

These lions mane mushroom supplements are easy to take and they are high quality. I have found that these supplements have improved my cognitive function and focus.

I've seen the benefits of this all over social media so was very happy to test, initial thoughts are the capsules are easy to swallow, they have a very meaty smell to them, they smell like dog biscuits, which I found strange, I asked around my children and my partner just to make sure I wasn't going a bit crazy, they confirmed my opinion, however they don't seem to leave a taste thank fully, I haven't bewewn taking them long enough to confirm a noticeable difference as yet, but I'm happy to revisit the review after the course and update, I have ADHD combined with perimenopause so my focus and memory are really in need of help, so I'm really hoping they live up to expectations

I’ve been hearing really great things about lions mane supplements so was really keen to try these.The capsules are easy to swallow and there is no aftertaste. It is a little early to see the effectiveness of them. Great quality supplement.

I’ve ordered a few mushroom supplements from this brand and been very happy so far. The Lion’s Mane capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow. I appreciate the fact it is suitable for vegans with a vegetarian capsule. You are getting 60 here and if you stick to the lower recommended serving size of 2 daily then they will last you around a month. The price of just over £20 is fairly typical for Lion’s Mane although will be expensive if you opt for a higher daily dosage. You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. Certainly one to consider for things like your cognitive health.
