Product Description The 9 oz Breastflow bottle is ideal for newborns and young infants and includes a Stage 2, medium flow teat. Breastflow is the only feeding system that requires both suction and compression, just like breast feeding. The teat is designed to mimic the breast so baby can latch on and to encourage the same mouth and tongue position as breast feeding. The double teat system requires both suction and compression, just like breast feeding and baby controls the flow of milk. It's the bottle most like breastfeeding. Bisphenol A Free Bottle. Box Contains 3x 9oz Breastflow Bottle3x Medium Flow Teat

Best bottle we have tried
Brilliant bottles, my little one wouldn't drink from any bottle as he was solely breastfed however with reluctance he would drink with these. Teats are really soft

Fine, but why sell big bottles with stage 1 teats!
These were the only ones my daughter would take after breastfeeding for 9 months. Some people say the grey inserts deform after sterilising. I personally do not sterilise anything. Just wash with soap and warm water as my GP advised me, and my daughter never had any problems. Sterilising is an advise forced by retailers to sell their (expensive) sterilisers. What annoys me though about these bottles is that they sell you the 9oz bottle (the bigger one) for bigger kids with STAGE 1 teats. Why? So that you have to buy stage 2 teats separately. Really annoying.

These bottles leak!!
Terrible bottles as all three in the three pack I bought leak milk. My husband and I tear our hair out as we spend ages screwing and re-screwing on the lids, then tipping the bottle to see whether it's going to leak out my precious breastmilk. Very messy business and distressing as my daughter is often crying for her milk. On some occasions we've not realised they are leaking and she has ended up with her bib, sleep suit and vest soaked through meaning we have to change her...not what you want in the middle of the night or just before you are trying to put her down for a nap. Rubbish. Don't buy.

dripping bottles - do not buy
I bought these bottles after a friend recommendation. I was after a bottle that would have a better control of the milk flow as our baby was having problems with feeding. There are 2 main problems with these bottles. The first one is that the last 5-10ml of milk usually get trapped at the teat and comes down really slowly resulting in the baby sucking too much air. The second one is much more basic; the teat doesn't screw effectively on the bottle and as a result milk keeps dripping everywhere which is really annoying. I would definitely not recommend these.

Amazing
Just bought these for my second baby due soon - we had these for my first and they're a must have for combination feeders. Had always planned to combination feed so I could get some rest and we could fill her up in the crazy frenzy evenings, but found she hate hate hated bottles!! After 4 different brands we found breast flow and she finally didn't scream when anyone but me fed her. Eased her off of the breast when we were ready with help from these and then on to conventional teats by 7 months

These are fantastic. I used them for my first child & never had a problem transitioning between breast & bottle. When my second came along we thought we could just buy ordinary bottles, but he refused to take the bottle and only wanted directly breastfed, until we bought these and he took to them from the first go. I highly recommend them!
