Poor machining causes limited adjustment range.
The claimed range is 17-19 mm. Due to poor machining of the parts, the adjustment range is just 16.8-18.3 mm, so it's useless for adjusting a 3/4" (19mm) hole. Returned for refund.

The reamer worked just fine. Finish is rough, but the price is good.

not greatest
It came rusty took me 70 min. of cleaning to free up so would slide and remove rust off of the cutters just fortunate that no rust on cutting edge cutters are poor quality
