Helpful Customer Service
I had a small doubt about the suitability of this fan after it arrived. I emailed customer service with a question. Responded in moments, very impressed, very helpful. Product is decent too.

Definitely a budget fan.
Low cost,easy to install extraction fan. Very basic backdraught system which can " chatter" a bit on a real windy day.

It's a hovercraft
Mine sounds like a hovercraft and measures 59 dBA, nowhere near the advertised 33 dBA @ 3m and much much louder than the cheap fan I was replacing. 1 star because it does move a lot of air.
