Fits standard size Dream On Me crib mattress and Graco crib purchased at Walmart. No issues. Perfect incline. Recommend for 3 months to about 6 or 7 months. Supervise the first several times to ensure your baby is developmentally able to lie on this properly. It sits under the mattress fitted sheet on top of the mattress. This does leave a small gap between the top of the wedge and the side of the crib at the head of the crib. This item may also defeat an Angelcare monitor/under-mattress movement monitor because of the placement. I have not had any issues. My baby is 3.5 months. We started using this carefully at 2 months during the day with supervision. It's easy for tiny babies to roll off this and end up on their face. Please, please be cautious. Use common sense. We use a rock n' play at night because we feel it is safer for our baby at this age. We also use a Snuzza and the baby sleeps next to our bed. The incline on this wedge is great for reflux babies, we like it for daytime naps with the baby monitor on, or with the mobile playing so baby can enjoy playtime while awake with supervision. Our baby tends to choke after a few minutes lying flat due to reflux so this wedge is really helpful. We also use the swing a lot because it keeps him upright.

It seemed really nice and well made, but it was a memory foam like material so, not something that seemed safe for a baby. I thought I'd try it out anyway to help my baby's nighttime congestion since he was only 3 months old and not rolling yet. I put him down, and by the time I found the monitor and looked at him he'd rolled down it. I immediately took it out of his crib. I had no issues returning it though. It might work for other babies, definitely not for mine though.

Our daughter doesn't have reflux, but we were having trouble getting her to sleep in her crib after months of sleeping in the rock n play. It was a nice transition to have her on an incline at first, and has also helped when she is sick with a cold.

It’s thin enough where my son doesn’t automatically slide down in his crib and it doesn’t make him tall enough to try to climb out, which was a worry with thicker wedges. I’m not sure if it’s making a difference reflux wise yet because he’s been getting colds and stomach bugs a lot, so I didn’t give it five stars. He does seem to be waking and coughing less in in sleep compared to before, but I can’t attribute it to the wedge just yet.

Does what it should, angles baby to reduce reflux. I wish a cover was easier to find for the wedge. The material seems to clean somewhat easy but if something were to dry on there might be a little tough. Appreciate the value of the product.

Works fine and is a great price. Why pay more for something so simple? I used it under my daughter’s mattress when she had a runny nose. Just make sure it is the right width for your crib mattress. I have an IKEA mattress and it worked great.

I'm sure the product is good. It's simply not as thick as I expected, which is my own fault. I needed a deeper incline. And much smaller for a regular size crib. Again, my fault. I'll give 5 stars only because it's my error
