A GREAT kitchen tool
We have had our Wusthoff complete knife set for over 30 years, and it's no secret that they make a great product. These scissors (kitchen shears?) can do anything you'd want in a QUALITY kitchen shears. They can easily cut the most flimsy plastic wrap just as easily cut through a chicken's breast bone to flatten it for grilling. (Spatchcocking).The blades come apart for easy cleaning. We ordered this as a second pair for our set.Bottom Line?Uncle Steve Approved!

The best kitchen shears I have ever owned
I own two of these shears. They are sharp, strong, sturdy, cut very well and are easy to clean. What more could you ask for?

Very good kitchen scissors
These are the second pair I’ve owned. I got my first pair around 10 years ago. They were really great scissors until I recently ruined them cutting cardboard and aluminum. This new pair is so sharp that I’ll need to be extra careful when using them.

IT'S SO GOOD PURCHASED FOR GRANDDAUGHTER
DIFFICULT TO find a come apart easy to clean kitchen scissors, mine this brand has lasted me for many years over 20 years. wanted my granddaughter to have same but only found via brand and on amazon. It is truly a must in every kitchen.

Same good quality but won't seat as well in older Wustof storage blocks.
They are fine shears and work as well as the original. The reason I have given 4 vs. 5 stars, was the change in height (increased) of the black knob at the pivot point. This added height prevents the shears from seating well in our older Wustof wood block.

Great scissors, no complaints
Strong, easy to clean, and sturdy. Worth 30 dollars in quality? Maybe not, but the peace of mind of knowing I've got strong scissors I can easily clean makes it worth it to me.

We seem to lose our scissors often, great affordable replacement
These are a direct replacement for a very affordable price. I like that these are a direct replacement for the set re received for our wedding. I did want to have a matching set, so these are very affordable, sharp, and functional.

Great Kichen tool that will last and easy to clean
Great Kichen tool that will last and easy to clean. Indeed, quality tool for your kitchen. BTW its extremely hard to find quality kitchen tools when most are made in China and of poor materials. It's a hit and miss and so far, these are a hit you can count on.
