Defective product. No return or replacement
The item is defective and total waste of money. The strainer cup doesn't fit properly and slips when fuits are kept to extract juice. Couldn't returned or replaced due to no return policy. Never buy this product.

This product I good for small application. For one person this is good and easy to clean. But for larger quantity not good Also price is higher. But good.

Great value!
This juicer is definitely powerful and great for beginners. I’ve used it a couple times so far and juice yield is fantastic. I made a mess on the first try because I didn’t realize that the container that catches the juice is shorter on one side, so be careful with that. The only thing I don’t really like is that it doesn’t do too great with smaller pieces of fruits or vegetables. It sends the small chunks flying into the waste chamber. So far I am satisfied with this juicer.

So far it’s good
I just used the juicer for the first time and it was so easy. However, I cannot take the strainer bowl and basket off to clean it. The instructions said it lifts off but it doesn’t. If someone has an idea how to get this off please let me know. Thank you. Today 11/11/24. I just saw a video on how to pull the strainer out and I was able to clean it. I lost my brush tho. But the juice is juicing.
