I have super straight, yet very thick Chinese hair and use this to get texture. When my hair is short (3 inches or less), the clay works great to give texture and keep it up. When my hair is longer (max 6 inches), I actually use a tiny amount in wet hair to get the hair swoops. No more bad bowl cut with painfully straight hair.

I know a 4.9/5 product rating can be a little suspicious but I took the plunge and picked up a jar of Kami clay, it was worth it. The hold is great, it has a wonderful matte finish, and the scent is a pleasant unisex floral scent but it is very very light. It doesn't take a lot of product to get the hold you need which gives great value for the money. This will definitely be my go-to product for styling my hair from now on, hopefully more people will give Kami a shot.

Doesn't seem to hold all that well. The actual clay does not blend in well either, even with wet hair

I’m in the market for a new pomade after my old was suddenly discontinued.So after seeing many alternatives for a new product I took a chance on this one and BOY HOWDY! This is a great hair product !Goes in easy , and was able to style it to my preference .It’s amazing!

I recently purchased this product again, this time i noticed it was softer and didn't hold the same. Either i received a bad batch, or Manufacturer changed the formula. Currently looking for different one to buy. Don't fix what's not broken..

This product does not dissolve well and leaves a gray film on your hair. I used once and will not use or purchase again

By far the best hair product I've ever used...
