Not locking
Product is good, however I can't set the code for the 2 TSA locks on the side of the bag, due to which my belongings are unsafe. Please advise

Trolly bag is so classy but i have only 1 problem
The problem is the trolly is small in size And I have to pay the premium thats why I’m returning this bag otherwise the bag is solid🔥 Even if in future the company makes a bigger size at a premium price, I will definitely buy it but now the issue is size for me

Laptop compartment has very less space
Laptop compartment can hold just a thin 13 inch laptop and maybe a 200 page book. Not even the charger can be accommodated! As a result, you have to keep the charger, earphones etc in the main compartment, completely defeating the purpose of the external compartment for items that you need to take out at airport check-ins.

Amazing combo of features
From a spacious, separate laptop compartment and excellent thoughtful add-ons like charging points, cup holder, hanging hooks, and so on this is an extraordinary travel companion which I acquired for myself. I have not used it yet but I am looking forward. And besides the functionality, it has excellentlooks as well.

Flimsy
It’sa lovely looking bag and it has all the features it claimed to have.. The only thing is it looks and feels a bit flimsy .. feels like the lock going to stop functioning soon. 🤷🏻♀️Used it twice and the front flap got stuck and couldn’t open. .. would definitely now only give it one star

Quality and structure
Very flimsy. While trying to create space for laptop pocket they forgot to make the width extendable. No room left inside the suitcase 😐😐Net net you are carrying the suitcase for a laptop and maybe a pair of shoes 🥴
