Sanrio Hello Kitty Mosquito Bug Repellent Stickers Patch 3M Adhesive for Kids Adults (Deet FREE)

These are adorable. They come nicely sealed in a little zipper bag made of stiffer plastic, so it seems they would stay "fresher"... They stick very well to clothing and they still retain some "stick" after being removed. I have heard of folks using these for an hour or two and then sealing them up for use at another time, instead of treating them as a one use product, to save resources. I was excited to don one of these and venture out into the Southwest Florida dusk. I rarely am bitten by mosquitos, but apparently Southern Maine and SW Florida mosquitos find me exceptionally tasty and it seems that word gets around to every other mosquito in the swamp.I didn't make it that far, unfortunately.The smell of these bugged me more than 'squitos.I have a very hyper-aware sense of smell (and hearing, which makes my kid think I am the All Seeing Mama) and while I love lavender essential oils and lemongrass and I adore the smell of Badger Balm's Don't Bug Me balm, the smell of one of these little patches was overwhelming and for me it was not a pleasant experience. I ripped the patch from my t-shirt and decided to use my usual ultrasonic mosquito app on my ipod for my little walk (I can hear it, but at least it isn't smelly!)....I'm going to pass these to another mom, one who isn't so sensitive to olfactory overload.Too bad, as I was so excited to have Hello Kitty on me, ready to battle mosquitos in style.Maybe if I get a cold and can't smell anything, I will give these another try.

It came on time. It looks so cute. This is only for all the girls that will be going with us to the camping trip. But i'm not so sure yet that the mosquito will go away or not.

These are ok. You have to use most of the package for them to work. It's a little expensive to do this every time. There are better ones out there.

Great product. Effective against flying insects and adheres to clothing well. Fashionable so children do not mind wearing them. I plan to order more of this product.

Bought this for a family friend who is prone to mosquito bites and is a big fan of hello kitty. Not sure of the effectiveness, but it definitely is cute. My immediate impression is the sticker is kind of weak and i can see it falling off. But then again if i really wanted to repel bugs i would use a spray.

My order just arrived, and I did get a bit concerned: Eveything is written in Chinese(?) there is not a single English word in the whole package (except the name: "Hello Kitty"). Doesn't say anything in English, not even what chemicals there has been used, how to use it and so on.I have not yet tried if it works towards the mosquitoes, but I am now hesitant to put it on my 3 year old child's skin, or should I just believe what it said in Amazon's webpage when I purchased it?

These kept the bugs away! And those bugs love me. Plus they are really cute. I like the size of the sticker as it fits many places and kinda looks cute - perhaps in an immature way since I am an adult - but who cares? Now if I can just get mosquito netting that covers my house and yard in SC, I'd be all set!
