Thrive Cat 100% Shrimp Treats MaxiTube - 110g

Our cats love these! They’ve helped us teach them tricks and also to train them out of bad behaviors. Nutritionally excellent as they’re super natural. This big pack lasts us a couple of months, we normally cut the bits in half as they’re larger than what comes in the smaller tube. The dust that’s left at the end we use as topper for our cats food. Great value!

I’ve been buying Thrive treats for my Ragdoll. cat since 2011 , he would refuse all the other treats the other cats loved , keeping only to his boring kitty kibble , I did feel sorry for him at treat time . But when I discovered these , he couldn’t get enough of them waking me up in the middle of the night , refusing to come in until the tub rattled and if I stood my ground he’d return looking bedraggled and in a complete mess from hiding in the garden hedge all day sulking! He quickly became heavily dependent on Thrive and I was eventually only going to work to feed his habit ! But as he’s got older we’ve been able to manage his habit. Never withdrawing him completely but allowing him a fix only at meal times . He will still refuse all food unless there is a freshly crumbled Thrive treat on his kitty kibble and stops half way through so he can get the rest of his daily allowance. I have to say that - this little guy never touched wet food - we think he associated wet food with the tummy troubles he had as a tiny kitten but Thrive has helped him overcome this fear and obviously doesn’t upset his tummy , he now eats wet tuna flake wet cat food and wet chicken breast wet cat food, as long as there has been a freshly crumbled Thrive sprinkled on the top ! This is a relief as he is getting on in years now and never been one for cleaning his teeth, so he’s going to need a wet food diet at some time in the future. There is no real smell to these treats , obviously they must taste good as they all like them , I prefer to buy in the large tubs as feel these are better quality than smaller tubes , too many of the smaller tubes I have bought in the past were so hard you’d need a hammer to break them . Romeo gets through approx Tub and 1/2 every 4 weeks and I can’t say how long they keep as never in the house for longer than 3 weeks . The large tubs are always full to the brim , whereas the smaller tubes I’ve purchased look half empty and the actual treats as I said rock hard . The large tubs have a foil covering that keeps them fresh . The large tubes can be recycled into fab little crayon boxes and other handy little containers with a bit of sticky black plastic and imagination , even used them as flower pots. I cant say anything else except my little guy loves them !

My cat is in love with these, she goes crazy everytime we give them to her! These are really healthy treats as well, perfectly natural and 100% chicken, they don’t smell bad (think roast chicken) and you know you are giving your cat something of really good quality.

My new rescue cat has a very sensitive bowel so it's been hard to find food and treats for her that won't upset her gut. These freeze dried treats are perfect for her! No upset tum at all and they're really helping as a reward snack for her training. I highly recommend these. Only downside is the price, they're expensive but understandably so due to it being just pure meat. The benefits outweigh the costs though for us.

My 2 year old cat likes all treats except the chicken liver. She is not fossy at all and I was surprised that she did not eat the liver. But the smell ,omg, my whole house has an awful smell . The downside of this product. I am just looking forward to finish this. It is expensive and I assume it is pure meat and high quality but the smell,oh I can't deal with it.

This stuff is amazing. Pure meat. No additives. Good for my cat and he loves it. He eats loads of it and has lost weight now we give him none of the traditional salty fattening ones.

I've been buying these treats for my cats for years, but the last batch was completely off. The texture, color, and smell were all wrong, and my cats refused to touch them. When I reached out to Thrive, their response was shockingly dismissive:"Good afternoon,Thanks for taking the time to write to us to tell us about the product issue you have seen.We have been making these treats for twenty-five years and it is true that unlike say McDonald’s, where every Big Mac is identical, every batch that we make at Thrive has a variance, as what we make are simply real food ingredients with nothing added and very gently processed. As we all know real foods do vary in appearance and smell and each batch is likely to look slightly different to a previous one. Cats, as we all know, are incredibly discerning and anything that can look or smell slightly different can make them a tad wary, at first. We have found this soon disappears.Having said all of the above, our service and gratitude to you, and on the behalf of your pet, is only second to making the very best foods with the very best ingredients and to ensure you and they are happy please let me have your address and I will send a replacement from a different batch.I await your response,Yours sincerelyAnna at Thrive, x"First, they compared their product variance to McDonald's, which is hardly reassuring for a supposedly premium pet food brand.Second, they showed zero concern for potential animal welfare issues and didn't even ask for batch numbers to investigate the problem. Instead, they brushed off my concerns, stating that cats are "incredibly discerning" and might be wary of slight changes.What's most alarming is their lack of interest in investigating a product meant for animal consumption that significantly differs from previous purchases. They offered to send a replacement from a different batch without addressing the real issue at hand.This experience has completely eroded my trust in Thrive. Their cavalier attitude towards quality control and customer concerns is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this product or company to fellow pet owners who prioritize their animals' health and safety.

Meine Katze liebt die gefriergetrockneten Hähnchenstückchen. Ich weiche sie mit Wasser auf, damit sie zusätzlich noch bisschen mehr Flüssigkeit aufnimmt. Schon beim Schütteln der Dose kommt sie angerannt.

Ce sont de très bons produits, mais vraiment trop cher pour notre bourse (j'ai 6 chats...)
