As far as I can tell the product is fine. It's a Christmas gift so it has not been used. The carrying case is flimsy, which is a bit disappointing, but the product wasn't very expensive so I guess you get what you pay for. My complaint... the order was shipped in a plastic bag rather than a sturdy box. Shipping a flimsy plastic carrying case in a plastic bag resulted in the carrying case being all but completely crushed and useless.

Cute idea
This track was a bit tricky for an adult to assemble the first time. Easy the second time. The vehicle moves very fast. Not for younger kids.

My 2year old LOVES it
The media could not be loaded. He loves crashing the vehicles into eachother. The battery can run out a little fast but overall worth it !

Not what I expected
It is still nice and fun but it only runs on the specific track. I thought you could build it anyway you want, just like advertised but that wasn’t the case.

One of the cars to the puzzle broke within Two hours. Looks fun but not worth the money. Buyer beware!! Save your money…..

Shipping needs improvement
The boxes these came in were not cared for. They weren't shipped in packaging that would protect the tracks inside. All toys seem to be fine.
