My husband set it up for me one night after work and the next morning my chickens were up and out with the sunshine! Pretty sure they liked it more than I did! Now the chickens can take advantage of more time in the day so they don't have to wait for me to open the coop every morning. Automatically closes at dusk when all the birds have perched in their places. Very quiet operation. The solar panels produce more than enough power to operate it. It comes with a remote control that you can use to open/close whenever you want. You can also set specific times to open/close the door if you want to stay on schedule. Overall, this is a great addition to my stable!

Its a door for a chicken coop to protect it from the baddies. Easy to install, easy to setup, instructions were clear. Just have to wait and see if the raccoons are able to get in.

One of the last solar chicken coop doors we got turned out not so great, and we needed a replacement. But we still wanted to go solar, as we didn't have a power source on the part of our land where the coop is at. So I gave this one a shot. Installation was fairly straight forward and without problems. Made sure to position the panel for maximum sun exposure. And since then, it's worked like a charm. The packaging is deceptively small when you first get it, but trust that everything you need is in the box.

Love this product. Easy to install and operate. The timer was easy enough to set up, durable all aluminum door. this item has very many functions help me to adjust the door's position without physically visiting the coop!
