This was a lifesaver!
I had been working with a marketer to have table runners available for a conference. I decided to order this instead, hoping I would get it in time for the conference. I did, and it was exactly as ordered! The material is thick and substantial. The colors were as requested, and vibrant, and arrived a day earlier than expected. This was a coup! If you're on the fence, get off and order with this company. I definitely will be ordering again if I need additional products.

Good Quality!
I purchased this custom runner for use during some events. It was just as described and the printed was superb. It is very durable and functional for events and does not wrinkle.

Great quality and service
This table runner is perfect for our uses. Sturdy fabric, quality printing and the customer service was above and beyond expectations. We will use this vendor again!

Very poor quality and customer service
The attached picture is what I received. There is a label that I put on the runner that represents the color that it is supposed to be. The color discrepancy is not too bad in the picture but in person it is much more pink. Even if I overlook the color you can see where there are red lines and the words "FRONT" "TOP" and "BACK" are overlaid on the design rendering the product completely useless. I have reached out and customer service stated that they had printed it multiple times but did not get the color right (could have easily been fixed by adjusting the color in the computer, I'm not looking for perfection), yet still shipped off one that had the labels over top. There is an option to leave your information so they can reach out to you if they have any problems and they did not. They chose to ship a defective product. They have chosen to refund me instead of trying to resolve the issue. When I asked why nobody reached out to me about the problem they stopped responding. On the positive side they did refund me although I did not want a refund I wanted a usable product, and the fabric is soft.

It looks okay. But the colors are a little off
The design on it is as good as i expected. But the sage green color that i gave the color code for is a little lighter than it it should be sobit dosent quite match the rest of our set up

CHECK YOUR COLORS
I sent a black logo but they printed it in a kind of grey. The banner color itself looks like a faded red. If the logo had been printed out in a true black, it would have been okay. Unfortunately, the colors of everything except the white print looks like it has been out in the sun for some time! Not looking polished for our purposes of fundraising. It would have been nice to have been sent a prototype or picture of what it would have looked like. I ordered the 24" wide banner and two 12" wide banners. Material itself was okay. Will order local next time. Of note, the shipping was delayed in updates and shipping time itself was delayed. Truly disappointed in product and shipping time.
