The Great Body Ball Handbook
These little handbooks are invaluable to someone who is in the beginner to intermediate levels of training. I have always tried to workout, but didn't have a lot of background knowledge and these handbooks have let me expand the variety of equipment I'm using them and how I use what I already have. I am getting a lot more use of my stability ball (and BOSU ball, and wobble board, and dumbbells, etc from other handbooks). These are basic guides, but they help you to figure out how to better use your workout equipment. Also, this handbook not only has upper and lower body and core workouts, but there is a whole section on stretching, which I love. For anyone trying to improve their fitness at home rather than at a gym or with a trainer, these handbooks are very useful.

OK but very basic. This more of a pamphlet that a book.
The product is acceptable but I was hoping for something with more and better exercises. The vendor provided excellent services and the item arrived quickly and in good shape.

Variety of great exercises
Surprisingly this little book has a great variety of excersises. You can make your workout as intense as you want, exercises range from very easy to really challenging. 61 pages packed full of full color illustration and detailed instructions for each exercise. Handy reference for exactly which size body ball is best for you. Mike Jeperson (co-author) also has a great companion journal for recording work outs, The Ultimate Weight Training Journal.

Short, to the point
If you would like a concise description of stability balls, how to use and some exercises to get you started, this book is for you. There are only about 64 pages, but goes through the history of the stability ball, size and inflation options, sample routine, ~ 12 stretching + balance exercises, 10 upper body, 8 lower body and 15 core exercises. If you are an avid exerciser, you may know many of these already, but if you are beginning on the ball or want to start including this in your exercise routine, this is a fast, easy introduction.

Great Visuals!
This book gives a great visual along with explanation of each exercise. Good muscle group charts and includes heart rate calculations.

Waste of time
Little new information even for someone inexperienced with ball work out like me. Worst kindle format I've ever seen. No bookmarking, font size changes.m

An excellent beginner's guide
Core strength for rehab has been my focus (and my physiotherapist's) for over a year now. For as long as I can remember, I've had an exercise ball sitting in the corner of my workout room. I always intended to learn how to maximize its benefits; I just never got around to it. Typically, I'd find an exercise online, do it a couple of times, and forget about it. Seriously, there's a LOT of information out there. What I wanted (and what I received), was an easy reference book: something I could flip through while I learned, thus actually retaining the knowledge over a week or two.The Great Body Ball Handbook is a perfect starter's utility. It's separated into simplified categories including balance, stretching, upper body, lower body, and core. Check my photo of the table of contents for specifics. In spite of being so thin, it contains over 60 pages of information and exercises. It's just enough that it doesn't feel overwhelming.I heartily recommend it. For the price, it's a welcome addition to my exercise library.
