My husband has tried to trade me his easy chair numerous times after this recliner was delivered! Not only is the styling very smart (love the nailhead accents) and the leather soft but it is ideal for someone with serious back issues. It has a firm feel in the seat which is ideal and keeps me more erect than a previous recliner. Of course I could recline back further if needed. This chair takes the strain off my back which has been fused with titanium rods and screws. I love the charging port features as I can keep my cellphone and tablet going simultaneously. I wanted a solidly built chair as I'm 5'9" and heavy and this dark chocolate chair feels like it will really last. I'm close to ordering my husband one for Christmas but how would I keep it a surprise? He assembled this chair in 15 minutes and would recognize the box! I'm extremely pleased and satisfied with my purchase which was made after careful research. It was the best buy for the best recliner for the money!

It was a little tough to get in the house by myself and the box was a little torn. But once I got it inside it was easy to take out and assemble. The chair works easily although you have to plug it in. It is fairly comfortable and as a bonus has a couple of charging stations by the footrest control. For the price this chair is a pretty good deal. I don't know how well the leather will hold up over time but if you are careful with it and maintain it it seems like the chair will last for a long time.

I have been searching for several months for a comfortable yet attractive recliner that looks and feels good in both a stationary and reclining position. This recliner meets both of my requirements. Not only is it a very stylish and attractive recliner but is also very comfortable for sitting as well as reclining. The recliner looks good in both my living room and in my den. The leather is soft but appears very sturdy and the recliner is very supportive for my extensive lower back and spine issues. I am very pleased with this recliner and would definitely recommend it to those wanting a comfortable chair/recliner.

Chair fairly easy to assemble. Stiff and uncomfortable at this point -- I just unpacked it today. The back flap is just hanging -- it has a velcro strip on the flap but nothing on the chair to attach it to. I have a request into the seller to send the appropriate fix. I will update this review when seller fixes the problem and if the chair softens and becomes more comfortable for all day sitting.

It took me about 4 months to settle on a chair that I like. I even bought and returned another one before I found this perfect chair. I use the chair in my work/watch TV space. It is the exact style that I had in mind, down to the detail and brass rivets. The chair fits perfectly in my little corner and with my eclectic decor. It is very comfortable and is getting softer every day. I like to lift my legs to the point that the back is starting to recline. The controls are very smooth and sensitive and let me control exactly where to stop.All in all, this was an excellent purchase

The chair is typical of bad quality found in overseas Chinese products. The chair is boxy, overstuffed on bottom, uncomfortable and has very little padding on armrests. You sit on chair not in it. The headrest provides no neck or head support since my chair has a flat back and rest. The mechanism is noisy and the foot extension broke after dragging on my cut pile carpet? Same issue as another review I found on Amazon.Unfortunately I did not return chair due to reasons I am not allowed to post. Very disappointed. Will not buy furniture from Amazon in the future.

I didn't want a large chair for my Den. It was just perfect size. I was concerned about the appearance of the back since it would be the first thing you saw when entering the Den, it's presents a great appearance from back. The controls are easy to use and the USB ports handy for charging personal devices. I read a lot and the foot rest rising first with no back recline is perfect postion for reading or using my laptop. Highly recommend!
