Probably best just for light flow
I was surprised by how comfortable these were, though in a hot country could get too warm as it is an extra layer. The absorbency seemed good and they didn't seem to smell. I would probably still be nervous on a heavy flow day but great as an alternative to all the plastics out there.

Not worth £5.29
If I am honest, I wouldn't pay £5 for this. It's not waterproof, I actually expected a lining. Realistically it's only worth about £2-£3. The quality isn't great.
