The red film is great, it keeps weeds down, the soil moist and the results are that you have much better looking and healthier plants. Another great factor was the pricing, the cost of the film as charged makes it very affordable for all to use.

It’s too early to tell whether this product will improve my tomato harvest, but the one thing I can say is that weeds just love growing under this film. I noticed the film was elevated like it was filled with air, like a balloon. Then I slipped my hand underneath and found weeds and grass growing at a rate I couldn’t have imagined. Also, it is not permeable to water at all, so I need to water under it or else leave enough area exposed to allow sufficient water to get to my “good” plants. Haven’t decided yet if it is worth the price, time and effort to use. Time will tell!

this plastic saves lots of water in my home garden. it also is good for weed control.

This stuff works great. No weeds and the tomatoes really seem to do better with it.

huge waste of time money and effort. This was so thin that the weeds came up anyhow which is not solely what it was purchased for. According to the manufacture this was suppose to speed the ripening of my tomatoes and strawberries. Ugh it did nothing at all except make it to the land fill which was not part of the permaculture plan. I wish I could get my money back but I guess it is a lesson learned. Perhaps you wont make the same mistake.

We are still waiting to see how the tomatoes grow in comparison..later evaluation would be more conclusive.
