Better than the stuff in jars...
Great stuff. Much better than the sauce you find in jars. Tastes great with my fresh asparagus.

The best Hollandaise
100% satisfied with Macphie this is the best tasting, authentic hollandaise sauce I have ever used. We own a guest house and use it daily on our eggs Florentine with a Benedict twist . I have tried many but nothing comes near it. Well done Macphie.

Lovely Mayonnaise
I liked the mayonnaise but I thought it to be much to expensive
