Absolutely beautiful cabinet and although it's instructions manual is lacking, it is simple enough to figure out. I've had mine only a few days and it is keeping my automatics running on time, I hope it will last. It appears to be a quality item; runs quietly, accurate timers, etc. It is the cheapest 12 watch timer I was able to find, but several on Amazon appear to be identical at higher prices. Only time will tell, but I am happy at the moment and glad I chose this one.

The media could not be loaded. I had high expectations for this watch winder, but unfortunately, one of the units is completely non-functional straight out of the box. For a product in this price range, this is simply unacceptable. I followed all the setup instructions, tried multiple configurations, and made sure everything was connected properly—but one of the winders just doesn’t turn on.This is extremely frustrating and disappointing. I expect an immediate solution from the seller or manufacturer. Until they improve their quality control, I cannot recommend this product.

The winder works really well. The motor is quiet and the case is very nice.

This is a beautiful storage and winder. Very well constructed. The ability to set the winders at different levels is very useful too. My only criticism is that it is not as quiet as my other winders. You will hear a soft sound when the winders are operating. I moved mine inside a closet.

This winder is a beautiful piece. It's silent, and light is blue. Only thing is that you can only control every two spots at a time. So for spot 1 it's actually 1 and 2, and so on. But this doesn't matter if you have enough watches to fill every spot.

It works, but the quality is lacking. It feels cheaply made and I am not optimistic that it will have much longevity.There are 12 pillows but they're grouped in pairs so you only have 6 unique setting opportunities. So if you want/need 12 individual settings, this won't work for you.There were zero instructions provided. There was also no power cable or A/C adapter in the box.The lights don't work at all. I don't even see that an LED strip was even installed in the slot.The fingerprint scanner is cheap and unnecessary. It is just one more thing that will eventually break and provides no actual security.The glass is permanently smudged or blemished out of the box.I'll keep it and use it, but if I could go back in time, I would have paid extra for the more premium models available.

Came very well packaged and worked perfectly out of the box. All of my automatic watches are winding as expected without any issues.
