This is 254nm, it disinfects (DNA wavelength not ozone).
The lamp works well and I’m pleased with it. There is, in my view, an error in the advertising blurb as it refers to “with ozone”. The wavelength that produces ozone is 185nm, not 254nm.The smell you will notice is a mixture of disinfected organic compounds (eg dust mites, furniture glue if left on to long). I used an ozone detector and an air quality detector before and after the lamp to check. There was _no_ change in ozone level, but a 100-fold increase in HCHOH (methanal, or as grandad still calls it, formaldehyde) and TVOC (total volatile organic compounds).By comparison, I have a 185nm lamp from Amazon correctly stating that it produces ozone and verified that this is the case with the detector. This is a good product, but will only disinfect on line of sight. If you want an ozone lamp, you need 185nm.

Works great.
Provides copious amounts of unbreatheabe ozone, and skin and eye damaging radiation. However if used correctly in an uninhabited then well ventilated area, I'm sure it will kill anything you want it to kill. Was surprised how much ozone it produced in just 1/2 an hour in a quite large room.

I was satisfied with delivery and the bulb seems to be functional. It is hard to measure if and how many germs it kills indeed

Its a bulb
Not sure if it's actually doing the job or not but I can assure you that 30minutes of this being on the room stinks. Maybe it's working, I don't know.. too early to tell

From what I have read and lead to believe from online info.
I would love to use this in or caravan once we have drained down for the winter.I do write reviews so once used I would complete a honest review of both air quality and destruction of all little blisters that have move in while we are using the caravan.
