Love the quality of the wheels and the sturdiness of the whole thing, the basket under the seat is very handy. It doesn’t fit through the doorway that easily with the water bottle and cane holder so we kept those off, and my gram complained that it was a little heavy for her (she’s 85) maybe the carpet inside gives a bit of resistance with the wheels? but overall It’s a great product.

I bought this to replace my mom’s old rollator. I’m still questioning my purchase. Even new out of the box, the brakes don’t work as well as the old ones which used metal brakes against the wheels. I had trouble getting the brakes balanced (one side grabbed more than the other). I question how long this will last. She wanted the tray to carry her food between the kitchen counter and her dining table, but the tray is smaller and less stable than the tray on her previous walker. The smaller tray means more trips. If she forgets to fasten the Velcro strap to secure the tray in place, it is even less stable. The velcro must be undone to fold the rollator, but she needs to remember to reattach it after unfolding or she will tempt a mess by tipping the tray. So it’s actually easy to fold but I dinged it for setting the tray up afterwards.

It's big, heavy and hard to turn, very hard to maneuver. Would I recommend it ? not sure. I know I'm disappointed

It took some time to assemble this and required 3 different mechanisms for adjustment: push button, clip, and screw knob. It takes hand strength and coordination to assemble.The tray is a great bonus and so convenient.One hand grip was warped, probably from packing, but with a bit of pushing it eventually goes into the proper shape.Recommended

I got this for my mother in law and she likes it. There are times where her arthritis would hinder her from walking. She uses this to get around while the pain subsides. She says it feels stable and great to have room to hold things or give a quick seat when needed.
