Ideal for people with reduced hand function such as arthritis, tremors or visual impairment, as you can pour boiling water more safely, without having to actually lift a whole kettle of hot water. Also features auto shut off, with over-heating and boil dry protection, for added safety.The Uccello Easy Pour Kettle and tipper has an ergonomic handle and smooth pour action on a stable non-slip base. It comes with an easy to read water level indicator, allowing exactly the required amount of water to be boiled. The kettle is detachable from the base for optional hand held pouring and is refilled through the large hinged lid. If you find it too heavy to lift and refill, just leave the kettle attached to the base and fill a smaller jug from the tap and pour that in. The kettle also has a removable anti scale filter for ease of cleaning.Features 1.5 litre (2.6 pints) capacity, power on indicator light, and auto shut off with over-heating and boil dry protection, for added safety. My mother suffers from long-term rheumatoid arthritis and struggles daily with weak hands, fingers etc.She had come up with a really risky way to balance the kettle when filling hot water bottles etc that frankly scared the life out of me when I saw her do it. So when her kettle died I began to look for safer alternatives... and found this kettle.WOW!She is absolutely made up with this kettle.So easy and SAFE to pour drinks and fill hot water bottles.She just uses a small plastic jug to refill it with fresh water.She never even has to take the kettle out of its base :)And I placed the base on a small round waiters tray so she just slides the tray to wherever she needs the kettle on the worktop :)Fabulous Gadget. Very practical. Very Safe. Peace of mind. Wouldn't mind one myself!Highly Recommended

Easy to use
Brought this for my mum who has just been diagnosed with mixed dementia. She was struggling to pick the ordinary kettle up and I was worried she was going to burn her self. This kettle is a god send, I can fill it up and know that she only has to boil the water and tip the kettle and it pours straight into the mug. No lifting just tilt’s. Fantastic product would highly recommend my mum and dad love it.

So easy and safe to use
I would have given this 5 stars but for the fact that the level of the water is not easy to see if you have failing eyesight. otherwise highly recommended.
