Great Read and 100% Relatable!
Eric did a great job with this book. It’s a great, simple read coming at you from a totally relatable and down to earth perspective. In addition to extensive knowledge throughout the book, Eric also provides some great entertainment wanted you to read more. Recommend to anyone wanting to make a change!

Great read and great book to reference over and over
Eric wrote an amazing and insightful book. This book is a great read, but also really gives insight in how to look and feel young. He guides you through his experiences and provides tips within each chapter and this is a book i will pick up and reference often in my journey.
