Mine got installed by a plumber in no time. The water from the shower head is very strong, so I don't need to turn the faucet on fully. I like the waterfall faucet, great for bubble bath.

I installed this faucet and it went well.I was surprised by the quality and style for the price! The cost was about the same as a Delta tub/shower valve.It is a sturdy faucet, heavy. It came nicely packaged.The plumbing requires 1/2 inch female NPT for both cold and hot supplies. As I recall the spacing was about 5 3/4 inches. The convenient thing about those brass offset fittings is that they can be turned to tweak the spacing to line up with the valve. Even so the valve connections seemed to have some slop in them to allow compliance to align to the plumbing. Clever design. This was information I couldn't find online before I bought it.There were some installation illustrations included which were helpful.The cold-hot connections are different from American convention. Cold connection is on the left and hot is connected on the right. Mine ended up backwards!#* Enjoy!

This was miserable to install, included inadequate instructions and is not designed so you can easily tighten it to the wall (had to get very creative). That said, it is well made and we had to have the hand sprayer house attach to bottom of unit to avoid raising the pony-wall height. It works very well and we overcame the challenges.

Product is very good quality and price. Rough in installation was easy for an experienced DIY installer. Very responsive, courteous and interested customer service. Product was packaged and shipped in very good condition with all parts and hardware. Customer service is an e-mail away for any questions you may have. I am still working on the project, so I do not have any finished photos at this point, but the finish and function are beautiful. Looking forward to having it all completed. Would purchase again.

This faucet is absolutely beautiful! Nice and solid and the brushed gold color was absolutely gorgeous. Looks very expensive Packaging was impeccable. Arrived next day. Happy with purchase and recommend.

It leaks a little maybe needs a oring

Great product for the price. Solid, heavy and works well. My husband had to purchase additional parts to extend the length, but any plumber should be able to handle that.

I bought this item a couple of months ago, and finally installed it myself in late June, as we finished our "cursed" bathroom renovation. I won't get into it...The fixture was nice and heavy, solid construction, with very little plastic cheap parts. It attached easily to the water inlets using teflon tape and tightening. My only problem was that the idiot who plumbed the water inlets for the fixture, didn't remember to account for the thickness of the tiling and mortar...so I had a problem with the metal estucheons that were to go flush against the tile wall.Luckily, I was able to use metal snipes and a hacksaw to cut these trim pieces, and then bend them over to be thinner so that they would fit. Nobody can tell the difference.Otherwise, this is a very smart looking and stylish tub and shower combination.The flow rate for the tub is rather slow, so it takes a while to fill our bathtub, but this is alright.The separate shower is great, and has a powerful flow rate and a long cord that reaches well anywhere.I would definitely recommend this bathtub fixture.

I would give five stars for very modern style and shape but only two stars for installation difficulty. It has to be installed so precisely within + - 0" with finish wall ( drywall and tile ), because of not adjustable cover trim - if you don't want to see brass fitting.

This is a really nice faucet that is made of solid brass. It was easy to install and it works great. You cannot beat this faucet for the price.
