Small pan cooking surface, color is off, slippery on stove, can tip over, terrible shipping
These particular hard anodized cookware items are supposedly dishwasher safe (though the documentation inside the box is quite confusing on this issue!). This is apparently due to a coating all over the pots/pans, including the outside. I have put some in the dishwasher and they seemed OK. But, this coating seems to make them extremely slippery when sitting on a surface. They slide around on the counter and on the stove. Need to be very careful! The good news is that the nonstick coating on the cooking surface is very nonstick! The little I've cooked with these so far has been easy cleanup.Bummer that the color is a bit off. These are supposed to be "Agave Blue" (handles and the utensils that came with it) and all pictures online, on Amazon, and other sites, show this set in Agave Blue looking like a beautiful light somewhat-turquoise-like color. What I received is a darker blue, though the label on the box indicates it should be this Agave Blue. These handles/utensils are not quite as dark as the Marine Blue shown on this product web page, but closer to that than the lighter turquoise look shown for the Agave Blue. The pans are smaller than you'd think for their advertised size. They flare out a lot, so the bottom is much smaller than the top, and the measurements are clearly for the top. For example, a 7" fry pan seems like it would be a good size (I currently use two 7" pans of other brands, and expected something that size). But this one looks like one of those tiny "one-egg" pans. It IS 7" across the top, but the bottom is about 5.25." (My other 7" pans have a cooking surface ~6+".) The other pans are similar. So the frying pan cooking surfaces are a bit smaller than expected. The pan sizes are also just a bit different than most. There's a 9" and an 11" frying pan. The 9" is definitely too small for most things and the 11" is just a tad too large (the "flare" means it's not quite an 11" pan). Most frying pans come in 10" and most sets have a 10" pan. My two other nonstick frying pans are 10". I knew this set didn't have a 10" but I didn't expect these different sizes to make such a difference. But it actually does for me!Another problem is that these are "handle heavy," an issue I've had with some other cookware. Especially for the smaller pots and pans, the heavy handles make them want to tip over unless there's something relatively heavy inside, or a lid on top (there's no lid for the small frying pan). So, if you put the pot/pan on the stove (I use a gas stove) to preheat, or with only something light in it, it'll tip over. Place it on the counter empty, and it'll tip over. I definitely do not like this.Shipping was bad, of course. This set was shipped in a basic box (NOT a sturdy one at all) just as it must have been packaged in Thailand by the manufacturer and clearly meant to never go onto a retail store shelf. Just a thin plain cardboard box with the name of the item stamped on it in black ink. I expected some Rachel Ray logo box containing the cookware, like you might see sitting on a retail store shelf, to be shipped inside a shipping box. But, no. Just a plain cardboard box of pots and pans and no other packaging around that. The items inside did have cardboard separators and thin plastic bags around them, etc., but there wasn't padding around it all. Given the way it was packaged, any significant damage to the box would have damaged contents. The box did get damaged a little bit, but luckily not enough to damage anything. With shipping damage extremely common these days, this was pure luck. It would be better if Amazon shipped this inside an Amazon box. (That was not an option when I ordered it.)The grill pan that I ordered with this as a "bundle" was shipped separately in a big Amazon box with absolutely no packaging/protection whatsoever. Not a scrap of paper or a single air-cushion or piece of cardboard...nothing. And the box was very beat up, with multiple holes and torn spots, the small strip of tape was coming off & the box was partially open... what a mess. I don't know how the pan survived, but I THINK it did. I have not used this grill pan yet to know if it is warped or anything. This was shipped USPS and they did a terrible job. Not only are the packages beat up, the tracking info was "lost" (apparently scans just stopped somewhere along the way...) and I didn't even know the packages were arriving. And the USPS carrier basically tossed them in front of my garage (in a pile of bird poop and an area of just-sprayed-and-still-visibly-wet insecticide, and other outdoor dirt/debris...), rather than walking them a few yards up to my clean, covered front porch, where any normal delivery person delivers packages. I was even spraying the insecticide in front of the garage as the USPS driver drove into my driveway, so I don't see how he didn't see this, and the surface was very visibly wet (and covered in bird poop, too)! I'd walked to the other side of the house by the time he unloaded the boxes, and it took me a few minutes to finish my spraying before I realized he'd left the boxes where/how he did. The bottom of the big box got wet with insecticide! Gross. Grrr... That's not a product problem, but it is ultimately an Amazon problem.I HATE that Amazon has started using USPS. Years ago, they almost never shipped USPS. Everyone knows USPS is unreliable to say the least. I pay for Prime membership, which used to mean 2-day shipping, with UPS or FedEx. It apparently no longer means that. Many items now ship from Amazon by USPS and it always takes a week or more for me to get anything (regardless of carrier)--never ever get anything with 2-day shipping now (and this trend started before the pandemic messed up so much). It's all so disappointing. Yes, there are much bigger problems in life (and many MUCH bigger problems in my own life currently), but why do soooo many companies (and people) no longer seem to do their job right or care? Everyone keeps charging more and more and delivering less and less.Having something like this, which should be a pretty simple & straightforward purchase and delivery, turn into a big hassle and disappointment just makes the bigger problems in life more difficult to deal with. Sigh.UPDATE: the more I use these, the more the weight unbalance/warped bottoms is problematic. The 7" pan will not sit flat even on the counter, not just the stove. The small pot is similar. Both small pans (7" and 9") and the small pot are so hard to use because they want to tip over toward the handle unless there is a good bit of food/liquid inside them. So, it's next to impossible to preheat them or use them to cook small amounts (e.g., one egg). Very frustrating. Otherwise, the pots and pans are OK--definitely nonstick and seem to be doing well in the dishwasher.

Love to cook with this pots!
I always have problems with pots with coating getting scratch quickly. I am happy with this set, as long as you use non scratch utensils you will be ok. Also, use low heat they warm up really fast. Less time with my oatmeal preparation I fix it from scratch. Also for stew. I miss to have a bigger stew pot with the set. Perhaps they sell it separate. I do not know.I do not know much about durability for this set I been using it for 2 months now. So far so good.Read your instructions when you receive the set it is important to know how to treat the coating.

Hold up of the product
I bought this product and didn’t think about the review afterwards. However the red material does not hold up after time.

Exactly as advertised
Overall i am pleased with what i recieved. Do not be mislead by bad reviews. Either one of two things happened. The other reviwer cheaped out and bought from 3rd party used and lied about it. Or they are outright fake reviews. Overall these are relatively good cookware pieces out of the box. If anyone has told you they are made in USA dont listen. These are offshore manufacturered. I am a business man myself and know the smell of offshore products. They have an odor to them that is only found in Taiwanese manufacturing plants. It is much fainter on this product however. Likely due to the food grade nature of the product itself requiring stricter QC on cleanliness of the product. You can see the soap scum stain on the lids in a few of my pictures. They arrived nearly flawless. The largest pot had micro abrasions almost undetectable to the eye. And nearly indescernable in the pictures above. Likely due to manufacturing defects. The mold used to press this aluminum into shape is likely nearing the end of its lifespan and will only marr the products manufactured further as time goes on. Heres hoping Rachel cares about her name enough to spend the extra money to furnish the factory with new molds for her product.I purchaced the 10pc set because i dont need the large variety of the other sets. And overall i am very pleased with what i received. I do reccomend anyone looking for higher quality cookware than the old camping trailer set they have now to purchase Rachels product. You will not be disappointed in what you get.

Best pots
We love this set of pots and pans. They are so easy to clean. Food cooks well. I can easily hand wash or throw them in the dishwasher, either way they look great. My son has a set several years old that still look new, so when my old pots started falling apart after 40 years I bought these and am very pleased.

I expected more but
Handle rivets inside are hard to clean. Washers started falling out from under lid handles. They cook fine but are starting to score on bottom, I use wood & plastic tools.

Awesome non-stick pans
This is the first new pan set I have purchased in a very long time. I forgot what a joy cooking can be when you have good cookware. I read the instructions and they state to NOT use non-stick sprays at all and don't put in the dishwasher. I have been abiding their instructions and these pots and plans have been an extreme pleasure to cook with. The handles aren't to heavy so they wont tip the pan when empty. Overall, i am extremely pleased with this set!
